Edwin Fernando Zetina Robleda

Edwin Fernando is a Civil Engineer from the Autonomous University of Yucatan (2012) and a Master's in Engineering from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (2015). He has 10 years of experience working on engineering projects in the water sector, both for the public as well as private sectors.

In the National Water Commission, he worked since 2016 as an engineer in the Surface Water and River Engineering Management in the development of the National Flood Risk Atlas of the National Program Against Hydraulic Contingencies (PRONACCH). And, as of 2017 in the Management of Engineering and Binational Water Affairs as Head of the Border Affairs Project, where he participated as a member of the Binational Working Groups with the United States for the Rio Grande and Colorado basins, in the Specialized Groups of the Rio Bravo Basin Council in Mexico. And coordinating the meetings of the Intersecretarial Commission for the Attention of Droughts and Floods (CIASI), as well as in the follow-up of the National Program Against Drought (PRONACOSE).
